Before joining IFS in early 2019, Ethan advised insurance companies and other financial institutions on transactional and regulatory matters on Wall Street for 22 years. At Structures and IFS, Ethan advises on the gamut of legal and regulatory issues faced by the company and its subsidiaries, including financial product development, governance, finance, employment and contract review. Before law school, Ethan was an engineer for Exxon Co. USA in Thousand Oaks, California.
