Brian M. Smith, CSSC

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Brian Smith serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing of Structures to manage marketing and sales of the company’s wide array of financial programs. With well over 20 years’ experience in annuities and structured settlements, Brian brings a wealth of experience to clients working to find the best financial solutions for them. He acts as an integral part of a settlement team with consultants and their clients—claimants, attorneys financial advisors or claims professionals. Prior to 2018, Brian worked at American General Life Insurance Company where he worked as Associate Director in the Structured Settlements Department for 16 years. Brian is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA), earned the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation and served as Education Committee chair for two years, earning the Presidents Leadership Award both years. Brian’s depth of industry knowledge is a tremendous asset to the Structures team and to our clients.
