Brittany McKenna serves as Structures’ Senior Operations Analyst. Brittany brings over 10 years' experience in the structured settlement industry. Prior to joining Structures, Brittany worked at Arcadia Settlements Group as an Operations Analyst/Client Reporting Specialist and was also a part of the Quality Assurance team. She reviewed documented findings of structured settlement packages for accuracy, compliance, and completeness prior to distribution to the client. She was dedicated to supporting structured settlement consultants, as well as providing comprehensive case management and customer service in the areas of structured settlements on a wide variety of cases. She also was very customer service driven and has helped countless claimants with their post settlement needs. Additionally, Brittany has experience managing and training employees and has focused on continuing education for all employees. Brittany received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with Honors from Immaculata University, Immaculata PA. Upon graduation, she immediately started working in IT and government contracts and soon found she had a knack for details in contracts. Brittany looks forward forming new relationships at Structures and continuing to serve all parties involved in the settlement process.
