Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Dan is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for IFS Special Markets (IFSSM). IFSSM is a national settlement consulting firm that has established non-traditional distribution channels, specializing in the following areas:

  • Personal Injury/Wrongful Death Litigation
  • Medical Malpractice
  • Workers' Compensation
  • Contingent Attorney’s Fees
  • Employment Claims
  • Intellectual Property/Patent Claims
  • Environmental Remediation
  • Bad Faith/Fraud Claims
  • General Business Litigation
  • Family Law and Divorce
  • Sale of Appreciated Property
Dan has pioneered the development and implementation of a number of unique structured settlement applications and is a leader within the industry on its expansion into these new practice areas. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and is consulted with by numerous colleagues and constituents on product development and marketing innovations.

Prior to IFS, Dan spent five years in various roles with Bradford Settlement Company, the last of which was as VP Sales and Marketing for non-qualified structured settlements. Dan devoted the first ten years of his career to the technology and internet infrastructure business. He has founded numerous start-up companies focused on creating innovative solutions for the development and integration of local, national and international voice and data networks. His roles included responsibility in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and General Management.

Dan holds the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dan currently resides in Chicago, IL.
