Ginger E. Susman
Vice President Business Development
Ginger Susman was a consultant to Integrated Financial Settlements, Inc. in the fourth quarter of 2007, and joined as Vice President Business Development in January 2008. In this capacity, Ms. Susman is responsible for a number of strategic new product development and marketing initiatives for the family of IFS companies. In particular, she is focusing on sales and marketing efforts for Mass Torts Settlement Services. Prior to her involvement with IFS, Ms. Susman provided strategic business consulting services through her consulting firm Imperia Solutions, and she was the co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a small women’s consumer goods company in the healthy living segment. From 2000–2005, Ms. Susman served as Senior Vice President Corporate Development and General Counsel at Denver-based IQNavigator, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand services procurement software and managed service programs. While at IQNavigator, Ms. Susman was responsible for forming strategic alliances, managing the firm’s legal activities, and was primarily focused on sales to the company’s Fortune 500 prospects. Ms. Susman was directly responsible for closing multi-million dollar transactions for the company with clients such as Northrop Grumman, Sony Electronics and Xcel Energy. From 1996-2000, Ms. Susman was an attorney in the business transactions group at Denver-based Holland & Hart, LLP. Ms. Susman received her undergraduate degree in 1990 from The University of Texas in Austin, TX, and her J.D. in 1996 from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, TX.
