Pamela Hettlinger
Director of Human Resources
Ms. Hettlinger joined IFS in February 2010 as Human Resources Manager. Ms. Hettlinger brings with her 25 plus years of experience in human resources management, holding senior leadership roles in a variety of industries.
She has worked in public and private sectors, in corporate and regional offices and has been responsible for all aspects of human resources, including: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, total rewards management, wage and salary administration, legal compliance, benefits development and administration, training and development, safety/workers' compensation, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, policy development and implementation and payroll administration.
Ms. Hettlinger holds a B.S. in Business Management, is certified in Targeted Selection Behavioral interviewing, Predictive Index analysis, and Peer Grievance Review (an alternate dispute resolution process) as both a trainer and facilitator. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and has served on the Board of Directors for various credit unions.
